Cayman Scott, PA
Cayman Scott earned her BA in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Redlands, and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Loma Linda University in 2023. She has grown within the practice, starting as an after-school file clerk and advancing to a medical assistant while completing her education. Cayman brings broad clinical experience, a calm and reassuring presence, and a collaborative approach focused on achieving the best patient outcomes. Patients appreciate her personalized, team-based care.
She specializes in medical dermatology and dermatologic surgery. Outside the office, Cayman enjoys tennis, hiking and relaxing poolside slathered in sunscreen.
Melissa Tyson
Melissa Tyson joined the practice 24 years ago as a receptionist and now serves as Front Office Manager. She coordinates everything from routine appointments to surgical procedures, while providing expert support in insurance billing and patient care coordination. Known for her professionalism and warmth, Melissa delivers a consistently positive, personalized patient experience. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, sports, music, gourmet cooking, and relaxing with a good book.
Dena Clifford, MA,LME
Dena Clifford joined the practice 11 years ago as Lead Medical Assistant, bringing over 20 years of medical experience. She holds advanced training in clinical dermatology and aesthetic services and has been a licensed medical aesthetician for 8 years, offering treatments from facials to customized chemical peels. Dena plays a key role in back office operations while providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Outside of work, she enjoys music, the arts, sports, and time with her children.
Tracy Wiley, FNP-C
Tracy Wiley joined our practice in 1992 as a medical assistant and has since advanced through the nursing profession, earning her LVN, ADN, BSN, and ultimately her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019. With over 33 years of experience in the practice, she brings extensive knowledge and a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care.
Tracy provides general dermatology and aesthetic services, focusing on preventive skin care and the rejuvenation of aging skin. She currently performs treatments with neurotoxins, microneedling, and chemical peels, tailored to achieve the best results. Outside of work, she enjoys the beauty of the desert and spending time with her goldendoodle, Bowie.
